We’re all here just trying to do our best, to grow into our truest selves, and do our most meaningful work. But honestly? Growing into our truest selves is hard work!
The way we've been doing it no longer serves, the goals we've pursued no longer call to us. Shaping a new and different path carries uncertainty, ambiguity, and risk.
It's hard to know how to start listening to your life. And it can feel really lonely. It helps to have a guide.
That’s why I founded R21.5 Coaching.
I’m Megan J. Robinson, a guide and leader with eight years’ experience in leading diverse, creative, and purpose-focused teams.
My leadership style has been heralded as generous, exploratory, and energizing: I create opportunities for people to thrive, and their growth and work follows.
Over the past 23 years, I've developed my skills in deep listening, systems design, and relational leadership through launching creative communities and from working in faith communities and higher education. I endeavor to create spaces of trust and hopefulness that encourage each of us to explore questions of meaning, purpose, and significance.
I believe coaching is the best position from which to support the development of sustainable, replicable avenues for personal and communal formation.
By helping you become the role model you’ve always wanted, I participate in the emergence of counter-cultural models of human flourishing that meet and respond to our present moment.
Thank you for inviting me into your journey!
I work with people in all stages of life and career, from individuals working on passion projects to team leaders and program directors, and in a variety of roles and organizations, from solopreneurs and small businesses to purpose-driven organizations across non-profit, creative, and academic industries.
My clients have a willingness to engage honest self-examination with a posture of practice and an expectation of growth. They also have a deep desire to guide others through similar learning experiences.
