S U M M A R Y

I help people and organizations rediscover how humans actually work—so they can live and lead with purpose.

My career has moved through nonprofit, corporate, ministry, and higher education spaces, but the question underneath has stayed the same: how can people thrive inside the systems they inhabit?

For eight years, I worked within theological education at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary—building teams, reworking operations, and helping lead institution-wide change. That season deepened my conviction that growth without formation doesn’t last.

In 2022, I founded R21.5 Coaching to help purpose-focused women build sustainable practices that honor both calling and capacity. My approach blends systems thinking, theology, and tested frameworks that make space for real life.

I explore those themes through my Substack newsletter and the People Watching podcast, where I talk with everyday people about how they’re becoming who they’re designed to be.
